WHY JOSÉ’S FARM?
Most roasteries are constantly searching for new origins, new farms, and new suppliers. After years of experience, we chose the opposite path.
Instead of working with hundreds of farmers, we chose one place we truly know. Every year, we return to Finca Jerusalén in the mountains of Honduras, following the story of the coffee from the first blossom to the final bean in the cup.
We know who grows our coffee. We know where it comes from. And we know why it tastes the way it does.
