Finca Jerusalén is a unique place in the Honduran mountains. At an altitude of 1300–1600 meters above sea level, farmer José Cuellár Fajardo plants rare and valued Gesha Arabica coffee trees, which grow freely among diverse trees in the wild mountain forest. No chemical treatments are used in their cultivation.

Unlike the common practice of deforestation for coffee plantations elsewhere, we support this farm because we know that coffee grown in the forest possesses divine qualities of pure living nature and fantastic flavor.

José’s farm is located in the northern part of Honduras, near the town of Trinidad. José provides his employees with free housing and is committed to their education in environmentally friendly farm practices. In return, we pay a truly fair price for the coffee and the labor of the farm’s workers.

Coffee cherries are hand-picked here with great care and love. All of this gives our coffee its unique characteristics, making it unmistakable and exceptional.

José is a long-time supplier and personal friend, which is why we decided to support his pure and valuable effort through coffee tree adoption.
