Ebel Coffee is a Czech roastery and specialty coffee brand founded in 1996. We started by purchasing coffee from various farmers, but over time, we realized that collaboration with a single farm made more sense.
After discovering the Finca Jerusalén farm in Honduras, it became clear where our support would go.
Today, we import green beans exclusively from Finca Jerusalén, processed in various methods. Thanks to this, you can enjoy a wide range of interesting flavor profiles while knowing that your support is also directed towards an eco-friendly rainforest farm.

At Finca Jerusalén, coffee is cultivated with the utmost respect for our planet. The ancient forest protects the coffee from hurricanes and direct sunlight. During harvest, which is done entirely by hand without heavy machinery, each cherry receives the highest level of care. This love accompanies the coffee all the way to our cups.
The coffee at Finca Jerusalén is grown in the wild, surrounded by banana plants, citrus trees, palms, and a vast amount of greenery.
