Our Gesha was grown on the Finca Jerusalén farm—in the pristine Honduran jungle where coffee and nature are approached with respect and love. It’s cultivated in the wild among forest trees, palms, banana plants, citrus trees, and a plethora of greenery. This lush environment imparts a unique character to our coffee.
The White Honey processing method involves removing the entire skin and a large portion of the fruit pulp from the coffee cherry. This process, a controlled fermentation during drying, imparts smooth, subtly fruity notes to the coffee beans, bringing the White Honey process closer to the washed method.
