Arabica Gesha truly deserves its spot at the top of the global coffee world! Our Gesha was grown on the Finca Jerusalén farm—in the pristine Honduran jungle where coffee and nature are approached with respect and love. It’s cultivated in the wild among forest trees, palms, banana plants, citrus trees, and a plethora of greenery. This lush environment imparts a unique character to our coffee.
The White Honey processing method involves removing the entire skin and a large portion of the fruit pulp from the coffee cherry. This process, a controlled fermentation during drying, imparts smooth, subtly fruity notes to the coffee beans, bringing the White Honey process closer to the washed method.
With a score of 90.75 out of 100 points from experts at the Specialty Coffee Association, Gesha White Honey is ranked among the most exceptional coffees in the world.
The coffee is not chemically treated, and no pesticides or other unnatural substances were used in its production.
