Parainema Jaguar Presidential was grown at Finca Jerusalén at an altitude of 1350 meters—lower than where José usually cultivates coffee. A single picker carefully hand-selected each cherry as it ripened, ensuring they all received the highest level of care imaginable. The beans were then processed using the Washed method, washed in crystal-clear mountain spring water.
Arabica Parainema Jaguar stands out with its complex and balanced flavor profile. It boasts a full and velvety body, syrupy density, and an incredibly rich crema.
The Kuna Balam chocolate bar from the renowned French chocolatier Chocolat Bonnat is an exceptional 75% dark chocolate. Made from cacao beans sourced from a family plantation deep in the Mexican jungle, this limited-edition chocolate celebrates the birth of a jaguar cub protected on the plantation. The rare, ancient cacao trees yield beans with fruity and woody notes that evoke a sense of strength and protection.
