Parainema Jaguar Presidential – the coffee that took our breath away
We have known for years that Finca Jerusalén works wonders. But when we learned two months ago about the exclusive coffee that farmer José secretly prepared for us, we were stunned for a few seconds. We hold a certificate indicating an SCA score of 96. We immediately realized that this was a top-quality coffee that even we at Ebel Coffee had never encountered before.
At the end of August, we brought a very limited quantity of Parainema to our roastery. We tasted it and were blown away! Now you and your loved ones can be amazed too!
Parainema Jaguar Presidential was grown at Finca Jerusalén at an altitude of 1350 meters – lower than José usually grows his coffee. A single picker hand-harvested each cherry as it ripened, with the utmost care imaginable. The Parainema was then processed using the Washed method – washed in the crystal-clear water of mountain springs.
Arabica Parainema Jaguar is characterized by its complex, balanced flavor. It boasts a very full and silky body, is syrupy thick, and has an incredibly rich crema.
