Description
Aromatic black tea, renowned for its delicate citrus aroma and flavor. This unique taste comes from the addition of bergamot oil, extracted from the peel of bergamot oranges.
It is favored for its refreshing character and the subtle, slightly sweet flavor imparted by the bergamot. Earl Grey is excellent on its own but is also often served with milk or lemon.
Recommended preparation:
- 1 infusion
- 10 g of tea per 0.5 L of water immediately after boiling
- Recommended steeping time: 2–3 minutes, or to taste
