Farmer José Cuellár Fajardo spent nine months in the heart of the mountains. Each day he grew closer to his coffee forest, until a deep bond emerged between them. From this connection, an exceptional coffee was born – every batch carries the name of a rainforest inhabitant who became its patron.
Parainema Natural Mr. Tucán is full and velvety. It has a rich body where the fruity spark of orange wine intertwines with the gentle creaminess of almonds, the dark elegance of bitter chocolate, and the warming accent of brandy. It ripens on the mountain farm Finca Jerusalén, surrounded by rainforest, birdsong, and under the watchful eye of its patron – the Toucan.

Honduras SHG EP Parainema Natural Mr. Tucán
This unique lot comes from the Honduran family farm Finca Jerusalén, founded in 1869 and now run by the fourth generation – José Cuellár Fajardo. The farm lies at an altitude of 1300–1650 m in the midst of a mountain rainforest. Ancient trees, fruit bushes, and rich wildlife create the perfect environment for growing specialty coffee – without chemicals and in harmony with nature.
Parainema Natural ripens slowly in the semi-shade of the rainforest, surrounded by the rustle of leaves and the morning song of its patron – the Toucan. In the cup, it reveals a fruity spark of orange wine, the gentle creaminess of almonds, the dark elegance of bitter chocolate, and a warming accent of brandy.
