Description
Honduras SHG EP Gesha Natural Tío Coyote
This unique lot comes from the Honduran family farm Finca Jerusalén, founded in 1869 and now run by the fourth generation – José Cuellár Fajardo. The farm lies at an altitude of 1300–1650 m in the midst of a mountain rainforest. Ancient trees, fruit bushes, and rich wildlife create the perfect environment for growing specialty coffee – without chemicals and in harmony with nature.
Gesha Natural ripens slowly in the semi-shade of the rainforest, under the watchful eye of its patron – the forest guardian, uncle Coyote. It has a refined body where the velvety smoothness of cocoa unfolds with the delicacy of roasted almonds, the warming accent of rum, and the sweet fruity note of dried strawberries.
Ebel Coffee brings it directly to the Czech Republic straight from the farm – without intermediaries and with fair compensation for local workers.
📌 A unique opportunity: This lot is available exclusively in the Poker Coffee Auction – and it will never be repeated.
