Description

Arabica Gesha truly deserves its spot at the top of the global coffee world! Our Gesha was grown on the Finca Jerusalén farm–in the pristine Honduran jungle where coffee and nature are approached with respect and love. It’s cultivated in the wild among forest trees, palms, banana plants, citrus trees, and a plethora of greenery. This lush environment imparts a unique character to our coffee.

The Anaerobic processing method, where coffee cherries are allowed to ferment in sealed containers without air exposure, is a fermentation process. During the 24–96 hours of fermentation, surprising and otherwise difficult-to-achieve flavors, particularly fruity ones, develop in the beans.

With a score of 93 out of 100 points from experts at the Specialty Coffee Association, Gesha Natural Anaerobic is ranked among the most exceptional coffees in the world.

The coffee is not chemically treated, and no pesticides or other unnatural substances were used in its production.
